I have always had a passion for film, watching and rewatching hundreds of films throughout my life. I never thought I could work on them because I thought I would have to become a director. It was not until I watched the Making of Lord of the rings and Jurassic park with my brother (who is a visual effects artist) that I knew I found something I wanted to do. I believe I have an advantage over my other class mates within computer art because I try to soak up as much knowledge as possible from my brother. Also, taking many film classes to build my knowledge of film because I believe that visual effects is only a tool for what is most important in film, which is a good story. My main focus is modeling but I have experience in texturing, animation, and rigging. I want to become a character modeler and i love coming up with backstories for these characters. I have extensive experience with Autodesk Maya, Zbrush, Vray, Autodesk Mudbox, Photoshop, Final Cut, Illustrator, and After Effects.
